  Revision-checked saves; conflicts are reported, never overwritten.
- Gallery of saved drawings with thumbnails; recoverable trash deletes.
- Overview with rotating hero (reduced-motion safe) and three Quick Start
  journeys: start a drawing, continue your latest, browse the gallery.
- WPDS family shell: white surfaces, resizable and collapsible sidebar,
  editable local profile with deterministic avatar, appearance switch,
  documentation footer row.
- Token-gated `wpds-draw/v1` REST API and a stdio MCP adapter over the same
  store. Ask Draw panel present and honestly fails closed (no AI transport).
- App mark: snapshotted Gravatar identicon for the reserved seed
  `draw@wpds.invalid`.
